All order cancellation will be subjected to a surcharge of 50% if flower has not been delivered. No refund if flower is delivered. |

| 2. Delivery Policy |

Free Delivery to Suntec City and Millennia premises. |
| 2.2 |
Free Delivery Island Wide with minimum purchase of $70 and above except the following:
- $15 delivery surcharge if delivery is on after office hour (i.e time slot 6pm - 8pm), Sunday and Public Holiday.
- $20 delivery surcharge if delivery is to Sentosa Island, PSA ports and Airport Cargo Complex.

We do not accept order deliver to Jurong Island, military camp. |
| 2.4 |
Flower will be delivered over the time range selected by the customers. However, at times, due to unpredictable traffic condition and unforeseen circumstance, delivery arrival time may be out of the requested time range. However, this would be minimal. |
| 2.5 |
For delivery to the residential area, if the recipient or the family members are not at home, the bouquet will be placed outside the door of the designated address. |
| 2.6 |
Blossoms Cellar will not accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under following conditions:
- Recipient is not present at the address given within those hours during which delivery was requested to take place.
- The address given is incorrect.
- No such person at the given address

A surcharge of $10 applies should there be any re-direction and when re-direction is possible. |

| 3. Substitution Policy |

Our product and services are subject to availability. In the event that the type of flowers, or colour is not available due to seasonal or unforeseen circumstances, Blossoms Cellar will substitute a similar element of equal or greater value. Substitution will take place only when customer is consulted. |

| 4. Refund Policy |

Blossoms Cellar will give 100% refund if the flower ordered is not available and customer does not accept substitution. |
